寶雞鈦(tai)廠詳(xiang)細(xi)介(jie)紹(shao)鈦(tai)合(he)金是怎么(me)焊接(jie)的(de)
1.焊(han)縫(feng)氣孔傾(qing)向(xiang)。焊(han)縫(feng)中(zhong)的(de)(de)氣孔是(shi)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)鈦合金普(pu)遍的(de)(de)缺陷,存在于被焊(han)金屬電弧區中(zhong)的(de)(de)氫和氧是(shi)產生氣孔的(de)(de)主(zhu)要原因。TC4鈦合金電子束焊(han)接(jie)(jie),其焊(han)縫(feng)中(zhong)氣孔缺陷很少。為此,著重就(jiu)激光焊(han)接(jie)(jie)焊(han)縫(feng)中(zhong)形成氣孔的(de)(de)工藝因素進(jin)行研(yan)究。
由試驗結(jie)果(guo)可(ke)以看(kan)出(chu),激光焊(han)(han)接(jie)時(shi)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)中(zhong)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)孔(kong)與(yu)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)線能(neng)量有較(jiao)密切關(guan)系,若焊(han)(han)接(jie)線能(neng)量適中(zhong),焊(han)(han)縫(feng)內只有極少量氣(qi)(qi)(qi)孔(kong)、甚至無氣(qi)(qi)(qi)孔(kong),線能(neng)量過大或過小均會導致焊(han)(han)縫(feng)中(zhong)出(chu)現(xian)嚴重的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)孔(kong)缺(que)陷。此外,焊(han)(han)縫(feng)中(zhong)是否有氣(qi)(qi)(qi)孔(kong)缺(que)陷還與(yu)焊(han)(han)件壁厚(hou)有一(yi)定關(guan)系,比較(jiao)試樣試驗結(jie)果(guo)可(ke)看(kan)出(chu),隨著焊(han)(han)接(jie)壁厚(hou)的增加,焊(han)(han)縫(feng)中(zhong)出(chu)現(xian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)孔(kong)的概率(lv)增加。
2.焊(han)縫(feng)內部質量(liang)(liang)。利(li)用平板對接(jie)試樣,采用電子束(shu)焊(han)接(jie)和激光焊(han)接(jie)來考察焊(han)縫(feng)內部質量(liang)(liang),經理(li)化檢測,焊(han)縫(feng)內部質量(liang)(liang)經X射線探傷(shang),達(da)GB3233-87 II級(ji)要求(qiu),焊(han)縫(feng)表面和內部均無裂紋出現,焊(han)縫(feng)外(wai)觀成型良好,色澤正常。
3.焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)深(shen)(shen)及(ji)其波(bo)動情況(kuang)。鈦合金作為(wei)工程(cheng)構(gou)件(jian)使用,對(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)深(shen)(shen)有一定要求(qiu),否則不(bu)(bu)能滿足構(gou)件(jian)強度(du)(du)要求(qiu);而且要實現精密(mi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie),必須對(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)深(shen)(shen)波(bo)動加(jia)以控(kong)制(zhi)。為(wei)此(ci),采用電子束焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)和激光焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)方法(fa)分別焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)了兩(liang)對(dui)(dui)對(dui)(dui)接(jie)試(shi)環,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)后(hou)對(dui)(dui)試(shi)環進(jin)行了縱向(xiang)及(ji)橫向(xiang)解剖,來考察(cha)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)深(shen)(shen)及(ji)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)深(shen)(shen)波(bo)動情況(kuang),結果(guo)表明(ming),電子束焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫平均焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)深(shen)(shen)可(ke)達2.70mm以上(shang),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)深(shen)(shen)波(bo)動幅度(du)(du)為(wei)-5.2~+6.0%,不(bu)(bu)超過(guo)±10%;激光焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫平均焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)深(shen)(shen)約為(wei)2.70mm,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)深(shen)(shen)波(bo)動幅度(du)(du)為(wei)- 3.8~+5.9%,不(bu)(bu)超過(guo)±10%。
4.接頭變(bian)(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)分析。利用對接試(shi)環來考察(cha)接頭焊接變(bian)(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing),檢測了對接試(shi)環的(de)(de)徑向及軸向變(bian)(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing),結果表明(ming),電子束焊接和激光焊接的(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)都很小。電子束焊接的(de)(de)徑向收(shou)縮(suo)變(bian)(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)量為f 0.05~f 0.09mm,軸向收(shou)縮(suo)量為0.06~0.14mm;激光焊接的(de)(de)徑向收(shou)縮(suo)變(bian)(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)量為f 0.03~f 0.10mm,軸向收(shou)縮(suo)變(bian)(bian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)量為0.02~0.03mm。
5.焊縫組(zu)織(zhi)分析。經理化(hua)檢測,焊縫組(zu)織(zhi)為a+b,組(zu)織(zhi)形(xing)態為柱(zhu)狀晶(jing)(jing)+等軸晶(jing)(jing),有少量(liang)的(de)板條馬(ma)氏體出現(xian),晶(jing)(jing)粒(li)度與基體接近(jin),熱影響區較窄,組(zu)織(zhi)形(xing)態和(he)特征(zheng)較為理想。
